12th International Workshop on Non-Classical Models of Automata and Applications (NCMA 2020)

Topics

Submissions concerning non-classical models of automata and applications are invited for NCMA 2020. Topics include, but are not limited to:
  • formal models inspired by linguistics, bio-computing, text Processing, document engineering, self-assembling, etc.
  • bio-inspired models of automata and generative devices
  • cellular automata
  • forgetting automata and restarting automata
  • automata with additional resources
  • regulated rewriting/automata
  • automata networks, cooperation, and communication
  • quantum automata

In all these settings, the following may be considered:
  • applications
  • expressive capability
  • descriptional complexity
  • universality, self-reproduction
  • decision problems and their complexity
  • algebraic properties

Other related topics are welcome as well.

In particular, it should be stressed that also contributions dealing with questions on classical automata and generative devices will be considered.
